1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Pixel Press (operating via pixelpresskgp.in and billing.pixelpresskgp.in, hereinafter referred to as "the Business", "we", "us", or "our"). Pixel Press is a proprietorship firm with registered premises at Main Market Road, Benapur Market, Kharagpur (L), Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal - 721301, India, represented by its Authorized Signatory and Proprietor, Rabindra Nath Thakur.
By commissioning print work, approving quotations, placing digital or counter orders, or executing payment transactions through our billing portal, you ("the Client" or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Bespoke Manufacturing & Custom Orders
All products supplied by Pixel Press (including but not limited to wide-format flex banners, vinyl prints, sunboard mounts, digital posters, serialized receipt books, and promotional merchandise) are made-to-order, custom-manufactured commodities tailored to customer-supplied artwork and specifications.
Artwork Proof Sign-off Responsibility
Digital proofs (soft proofs) are shared via WhatsApp, email, or in-person review prior to physical output. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect text spelling, telephone numbers, addresses, logos, and dimensions. Pixel Press will not be liable for typographical or grammatical errors once the artwork has been explicitly approved for production.
3. Technical Tolerances & Color Calibration
Commercial printing involves physical pigments (CMYK) deposited on diverse substrate media (coated paper, PVC flex, vinyl, cotton canvas, acrylic).
- RGB vs. CMYK Gamut: Computer, tablet, and smartphone screens display images in illuminated RGB colors, whereas physical printers utilize CMYK ink systems. Slight color saturation and contrast variances between screen previews and finished prints are natural industry realities.
- Dimension Margins: Manual finishing, thermal welding, hem eyeleting, and guillotine trimming carry a standard manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±2% to ±3%.
4. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments
All prices and quotations are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹).
- Advance Commitment: For customized and bulk print runs, a minimum advance deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required prior to commencing production, with the outstanding balance payable upon order completion or dispatch.
- Payment Gateways: Digital counter payments, Dynamic UPI QR transactions, and payment links are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as PhonePe). Transactions must be completed using authorized banking instruments in the customer's legal possession.
5. Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership
The Customer affirms that they own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, trademarks, and statutory permissions for any graphics, photographs, logos, or slogans provided for printing. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Press and its proprietor against any legal claims, copyright infringement proceedings, or regulatory notices arising from the reproduction of submitted files.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Pixel Press or its proprietor be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or event delays) exceeding the actual net amount paid by the Customer for the specific invoice under dispute.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any claims, legal actions, or proceedings arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kharagpur / Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.

1. Overview & Commitment

2. Information We Collect
To fulfill printing orders and generate accurate fiscal invoices, we may collect the following information:

- Delivery & Billing Details: Workshop, office, or residential address for cargo or local dispatch, and order billing notes.
- Order Artifacts: High-resolution artwork files, logos, vector PDFs, typography specs, and photographs uploaded or submitted for printing.
- Transaction Metadata: Order identifiers, transaction timestamps, payment reference numbers (UTR / Provider Reference IDs), and receipt acknowledgments.
3. Payment Processing & Banking Security
Zero Financial Credential Storage
Pixel Press does NEVER store, log, capture, or have access to your confidential payment credentials—including debit/credit card CVVs, card expiry dates, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs.
When paying online or scanning a Dynamic QR code at our counter, you are seamlessly connected to an authorized, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulated Payment Aggregator (such as PhonePe). All sensitive transactions are processed over end-to-end 256-bit TLS/SSL encrypted banking rails conforming to the highest PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.
4. How We Use Collected Data
The information gathered is strictly utilized for authorized business operations:
- Reviewing prepress artwork and communicating proof approvals via WhatsApp/Email.
- Generating official thermal slips, tax invoices, and payment receipts.
- Transmitting real-time order readiness, dispatch notifications, and shipment tracking links.
- Maintaining customer ledger records for returning clients and accounting reconciliation.
5. No Third-Party Data Selling or Renting
Pixel Press maintains a strict anti-spam and privacy guarantee. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or distribute your personal contact information, business documents, or artwork files to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or lead brokers under any circumstances.
6. Data Retention & Artwork Confidentiality
Customer print files and proofs are preserved in secure cloud object storage (Cloudflare R2) solely to facilitate convenient re-orders, repeat runs, and quality audits. We treat all commercial marketing campaigns, festival booklets, and proprietary graphics with strict confidentiality.

Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy
Important Nature of Custom Print Products
All merchandise produced by Pixel Press (including wide-format flex banners, vinyl cutouts, customized stationery, event ID cards, and promotional gifts) is custom manufactured to individual customer dimensions, artwork, and specifications. As such, once physical production has commenced, the materials cannot be repurposed or restocked.
1. Order Cancellation Windows
If you request order cancellation before the digital artwork proof has been finalized, approved, or queued into machine RIP (Raster Image Processor) processing, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of any advance paid.
Once physical printing, vinyl cutting, plate-making, or paper feeding has started on our machines, the order cannot be cancelled and advance payments cannot be refunded, as media rolls and ink have already been consumed.
2. Quality Guarantee & Free Reprint / Replacement
We stand 100% behind the craftsmanship of our print output. If an order arrives with an objective manufacturing defect or transit damage, Pixel Press will provide an immediate free reprint and replacement at no additional charge under the following conditions:
- Eligible Issues: Machine print banding, severe color streaks, wrong media thickness supplied vs invoiced, missing pages in booklets, incorrect cutting/trimming dimensions exceeding technical margins, or damaged grommets/welding.
- Reporting Period: Any discrepancies must be reported to our workshop within 48 hours of physical collection or receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Replacements or refunds will not be issued for issues caused by factors outside our manufacturing control, including:
- Customer-supplied spelling, grammatical, or numerical errors that were present in approved proofs.
- Low-resolution, pixelated, or blurry output resulting from low-DPI images supplied directly by the client despite warnings.
- Minor RGB screen vs CMYK print shade differences intrinsic to industrial pigment printing.
- Damage incurred after handover due to improper storage, extreme weather exposure, or rough handling during event erection.
4. Refund Processing Method & Timelines
When a refund is approved by management:
- Refund Channel: The amount will be credited back strictly to the original source of payment (e.g. the specific UPI VPA, bank account, or debit/credit card used during transaction).
- Processing Turnaround: The refund will be initiated via our payment gateway partner (PhonePe) within 24 to 48 hours of approval, and will typically reflect in the customer's bank statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on the issuing bank's clearing cycle.
- Store Credit Alternative: Alternatively, clients may elect to receive an immediate 100% store credit adjustment towards their next print project.

For commercial clients, puja pandals, event venues, and outstation committees, we arrange door delivery via dedicated local couriers or trusted cargo services.
Delivery fees are calculated based on shipment bulk/distance and are clearly specified in your estimate or invoice prior to dispatch.

3. Packaging & Cargo Protection
All finished printed materials are carefully protected:
- Large format banners are roll-packed or folded with interleaf paper to prevent ink abrasion and scratching.
- Digital stationery and visiting cards are bundled in waterproof shrink-wrap packs.
- Standees and sunboard displays are corner-protected with corrugated cushioning.
4. Readiness & Dispatch Notifications
As soon as your order completes final quality checks in our workshop, our automated system generates a readiness notification. You will receive an immediate update via WhatsApp or SMS confirming that the order is ready for counter pickup or has been dispatched with delivery agent details.
5. Delays & Unforeseen Logistics Circumstances
While we make every endeavor to meet scheduled deadlines, Pixel Press is not responsible for transit delays caused by third-party courier strikes, natural weather events (such as intense monsoon rainfall), road blockages, or customer unavailability at the provided shipping destination. In such cases, our team actively coordinates with the courier partner to arrange prompt re-delivery.
